Elemental Transformation Day-long Retreat

Energy work is a term shrouded in mystery. Yet we live our lives amidst a constant flow of energy; energy that flows within us, moves between us and our environments, and moves between us and other people. Sometimes these energy flows can become overwhelming. But that doesn’t mean we are powerless to do anything about it.  Each and every one of us has the ability to practice personal energy work, a skill that can put us in control of the energies that we allow in and those we keep at bay.

Elemental Transformation is an all-day intensive retreat that will offer you

• The understanding of these energy flows and what they are.
• Techniques for recognizing these energy flows and understanding what they are telling you.
• Methods for mastering the flows of energy into and out of your body.
• Experiences with the traditional alchemical elements of Earth, Air, Fire, and Water, both as a way of refining and enhancing your skills in personal energy work, as well as a way of gaining a deeper understanding of your interactions with others.

Join us for this journey into the exploration of personal energy work, and come away feeling empowered to take conscious control of your own energetic flows in a way that adapts to whatever situation you find yourself in.

Retreat Information

This retreat is suitable for people age 16 and up.

Please come prepared for a day that includes outdoor adventure and experience; we will be walking a good distance, we will be getting down on the ground, we will be getting nature on us. Comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for light hiking are recommended.

Sevenoaks Retreat Center: Sevenoaks  has 120-acres of beautiful land with over 5-miles of walking trails, a  river, and it is stunning during all four seasons of the year. Meals: Lunch is included with your registration. Sevenoaks strives to nurture guests by providing delicious, healthy food at each meal. They cook with fresh, seasonal ingredients that are  organic, non-GMO products. Sevenoaks can accommodate most special dietary needs such as vegan, dairy-free, and  gluten-free.

COVID Policy: In accordance with the policy of our venue, Sevenoaks Retreat Center, all attendees must be able to show either a vaccination card indicating they are fully vaccinated or have documentation showing a negative PCR Covid-19 test result within 48 hours of  your arrival at the Sevenoaks campus. ALL attendees will also be  required to answer a brief health questionnaire and sign a Covid-19 release form in addition to our event release.
