Class - Discovering Chakras

This course offers a practical guide to the seven primary chakras, what they are, and how they function. This introductory class will help you learn how imbalances in your own energy centers can manifest, and some simple ways to bring them back into balance. Together, we’ll discover things you may already be doing to support or hinder your chakra health, and explore techniques to consciously maintain your energetic balance.
