Chakra Daylong Intensive

Following the introductory class of "Discovering Chakras", this class will offer a deeper look into each of the seven primary chakras.  This day-long intensive will provide several different approaches to help you balance your chakras using meditation and visualization, herbs and gemstones, aroma, color, and sound therapy, and more.  We will work toward building well-rounded individual daily practices that will allow you to create and maintain personal balance.  And you will have the opportunity to create your own personalized balancing kit to take home so you can get started right away!

This class is appropriate for those aged 13 and up.  Minors who wish to attend must be accompanied by a paying parent or guardian.
